Bassnote (the "Service") provides AI-generated suggestions for interpersonal communication. These suggestions are generated by automated algorithms based on the input provided by the User.

2.Not a Substitute for Professional Help

The Service is a tool for communication inspiration only.

Not Therapy

The Service does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice.

Not Counseling

Use of the Service does not replace the need for professional couples therapy, marriage counseling, or individual mental health treatment.

Emergency Situations

The Service is not intended for use in crisis situations, including but not limited to domestic violence, self-harm, or emergency mental health episodes.

If you are in danger, contact local emergency services immediately.

3.User Responsibility and Choice

By using this Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

Final Authority

You are the sole author of any message you send. Bassnote provides "drafts" or "suggestions," but the decision to click "send" is yours alone.

Review Requirement

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the appropriateness of any suggested text before using it.

Outcome Responsibility

You bear 100% responsibility for any outcome, reaction, or consequence (legal, emotional, or otherwise) resulting from messages you send or actions you take based on the Service's suggestions.

4.Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bassnote and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes, but is not limited to:

Breakdown of relationships or marriages.

Emotional distress.

Legal disputes arising from communication.

Misinterpretation of Bassnote's generated content.

5."As-Is" Provision

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee that Bassnote's suggestions will be effective, accurate, or achieve the user's desired results in their personal relationships.
